南方澳青少年獻愛心 募款包粽贈弱勢 | 基宜花東 | 地方 | 聯合新聞網
南方澳青少年低頭認真包肉粽近千顆，捐助關懷社區弱勢。 圖／宜蘭家扶中心提供 分享 facebook 宜蘭家扶中心成立南哪裡買網路購物方澳社區據點提供兒少課後照顧，同時也有青少年自動打理環境清潔。快到端午節，孩子們發起募款包肉粽助弱勢，感動社區店家熱情捐助1萬3團購千元，昨天包了近千顆粽子親送弱勢，以行動表達對社區的關懷。宜蘭家扶中心南方澳社區據點選購指南2018流行產品成立2年多，每周三到周六開放提供兒少課後照顧、兒少培力與社區事務參與，另有年紀比較大的青少年參與經營管理，因此成立「小當家志工隊」，幫忙投入據點值班、書屋整理、桌遊研究等。. } }); } 包粽活動以這群小當家為主體，結合社區資源。孩子們透過網路粉絲社團，向南方澳社區民眾們說明包粽的目的，經由輾轉分享，不到兩周，多家在地店家紛紛響應，共獲得1萬3000元贊助費用，還有店家供應豬肉餡，熱情相挺。小當家們昨天包粽子，來自社區內的婆婆媽媽從旁協助，讓初次包粽的孩子更能上手，有位小當家帶著媽媽和姊姊全家出動，家長也支持孩子從事有意義的活動。近中午本周活動折扣包了近千顆粽子，下午由據點社工帶領孩子分送附近里長、里內新住民、獨居老人等弱勢，也分送給南方澳漁工工會，讓外籍移工體會台灣在地美食文化的味道。
特奧東亞區田徑賽 苗特教生1金3銀3銅
國立苗栗特殊教育學校健將參加二○一八特奧東亞區田徑競賽跑出一金三銀三銅佳績，再次證明只要肯努力，慢飛天使也能跑出自己的一片天。
「二○一八國際奧林匹克東亞區田徑競賽」於十月十三日至十四日在桃園國立體育大學舉行，此次競賽有來自香港、澳門、韓國、蒙古與台灣近五百位特奧運動員、家庭、夥伴、志工與工作人員，共襄盛舉。
其中田徑賽跑項目強敵環伺，國立苗栗特教田徑健將穿金戴銀又披銅，共獲得一金三銀三銅，分別在女子二百公尺項目奪下一金一銀一銅與男子二百公尺、四百公尺項目奪下二銀與一千五百公尺奪下一銅，最後也在男子四百公尺接力賽項目獲得一銅的卓越佳績，是該校歷年參賽以來，獲得獎牌數最多的一次，肯定該校重視體育教學之成果，更見證該校努力推動適應體育發展努力與成效的展現。
國立苗栗特教學輔主任彭志偉表示：「訓練這些慢飛天使需要付出更多的時間與精力，他們具有堅持到底的毅力。回想起訓練跑步的學生必須靠著老師親自的帶領下，練習跑步的步伐以及換氣的節奏和最後衝刺時的全力奔跑，靠著努力不懈戰勝自己的精神，是值得大家向他們學習，他們最棒的小英雄」。
培訓教練馬雨庭組長表示：「苗栗特教選手們，每周固定進行重量與肌耐力訓練，並到田徑場地上進行自主練習，訓練過程中學會獨立自主、自我照顧及自我鞭策」。此次榮獲女子二百公尺金牌的學生王歆茹說：「雨庭老師常鼓勵我每一次上場比賽都不要放棄，最重要的是自己絕不能夠放棄，現在獲得金牌真高興，謝謝老師和同學給我加油鼓勵」（見圖，左為校長馬心正）！
國立苗栗特殊教育學校校長馬心正表示：「校方長期參加特殊奧運競賽及推動適應體育發展，並納入學校特色課程，期望藉由體育訓練過程發掘身心障礙者自我潛能，強化優勢能力，提升生活自理能力及適性潛能之發揮。此次參賽的學生，能在競爭激烈賽跑項目中，獲得穿金戴銀披銅的卓越佳績，為校爭光，再次證明只要肯努力，慢飛天使也能跑出自己一片天。」
