中石化苗栗廠傳工安意外　檢修員遭煤炭掩埋亡
中石化苗栗頭份廠區今天(1日)發生工安意外，一名人氣產品排行榜檢修員在檢修煤炭輸送機時，遭輸送帶上的煤炭掩埋，經搶救脫困時已無生命跡象，送醫不治，事故原因仍待進一步調查。

苗栗縣消防局指出，下午1時45分接獲報案，位於頭份市的中石化廠區發生工人遭煤炭掩埋意外，立即派救護人車及器材車趕往救援，到場時，發現一名工人受困距離地面約15公尺的運送管道間內，遭煤炭掩埋。

消防局表示，據中石化廠區人員描述，因煤倉內的煤炭輸送機故障，30歲蕭姓檢修員在約15公尺高的運送管道間內檢修輸送帶時，不慎被輸送帶上的煤炭掩埋。

為協助傷者脫困，消防隊請廠區人員以乙炔切割機切開鋼板，並架設滑輪組，以籃式擔架將蕭男由高處送至地面，但當時已呈OHCA(到院前心肺功能停止)，隨即由救護車送往為恭醫院搶救，仍宣告不治。

事發後，中石化主管代表公司慰問家屬，允諾提供必要協助，同時啟動內部調查，希望釐清事發原因。（中央社）


 怕出事 飲料和政治標語 上海進博會止步


中國今年最後一場大型主場外交活動「中國國際進口博覽會」11月5日登場，上海警方嚴陣以待，昨天公布禁止與限制帶進場的物品，包括：飲料、打火機、長柄傘和政治標語等。

文匯報報導，上海市公安局針對進博會定出管控入場的物品清單，其中包括違反法律法規的物品都是禁帶物品，如槍枝、煙花爆竹、易燃危險物品、腐蝕性化學品、有害生物製劑等共7項。

限帶物品列了12項說明，除了飲用水在內的各類飲料、無人機、球、球拍、打火機、長柄傘與尖銳物都不准攜入，還特別規定「帶有政治、種族、宗教、商業和違反中國法律法規的橫幅（布條）、標語、廣告牌以及其他用於宣傳的物品」不可進場。

每當有大型涉外活動，中國官方在相關交通、安全管制方面都嚴格規範，慎防任何可能的意外和民眾藉機抗議，這些做法也一定程度影響民眾生活作息。

上海市政府辦公廳日前公布，為了進博會能順利進行，市府機關、學校和社會團體等調整休假，11月5日（週一）和6日（週二）調為休假日，改為3日（週六）和11日（週日）上班。

解放日報今天報導，首屆進博會將有130多個國家和地區共2800多家企業參展，預計有超過15萬名採購商前往。
