CPR Kids創辦人莎拉做了一個小實驗，呈現兒童吞下鈕扣電池的恐網購達人經典商品怖後果。左為示意圖/右圖擷自CPR Kids 分享 facebook 小朋友什麼都放入口，家長一定要小心！常有兒童誤吞鈕扣電池的事故發生，澳洲一個兒童急救課程機構進行實驗，用雞肉模仿經典產品最近流行商品人體，夾着一個鈕扣型電池，結果30分鐘後肉已出現黑印，4小時已開始腐蝕皮肉。關注電池使用安全的組織指出，許多父母沒留意不少設備都裝有鈕扣型電池，兒童可能拿來玩，所以提供多項建議讓家長注意，萬一兒童吞下鈕扣電池，應馬上送急診室。日前澳洲兒童急救課程機構「CPR Kids」創辦人莎拉(Sarah Hunstead)做了一個小實驗，呈現兒童吞下鈕扣電池的恐怖後果。她將一個鈕扣電池放於生雞肉上，30分鐘後雞肉出現黑印，4小時後雞肉除了有一片深黑色印記外，還出現腐蝕痕迹。她將照片放到臉書分享，呼籲家長關注，若孩子吞下電池，應視作緊急醫療情況。. } }); } 有一位網友看過照片後分享親身經驗，曾有家長稱兒子吞下鈕扣電池，但隔天才送他到兒童醫院，結果電池已經燒傷了他的胃壁和食道。除此之外，也有人質疑，為何政府不禁止廠商在兒童玩具內放入鈕扣電池。英國醫療保健安全調查處（HSIB）指出，電池只要接觸到潮濕表面，如喉嚨、鼻子等，會導致電池過年送禮推薦團購人氣商品釋放電流並產生化學反應，令周圍身體組織受損害，或導致嚴重的體內燒傷，使呼吸及吞嚥出現問題，極端情況下這些化學灼傷將會致命。2016年時，有一名叫弗朗西斯(Francesca Asan)的孩子，因吞下3D眼鏡的備用鈕扣電池而死亡，鈕扣電池隨處可見，保護孩子的最好方法是將這些物品放到孩子難以取得的地方，並檢查玩具是否有使用螺絲鎖死、無法拿出。關注電池使用安全的組織「The Battery Controlled」說，4歲以下兒童誤吞鈕扣電池的風險最高，澳洲每周約有4名兒童因此被送入急診室。口水會觸發電池的電流，在喉嚨中產生化學反應，導致嚴重燒傷，只要不到2小時便能燒傷食道，所以兒童可能會出現咳嗽、流口水等特徵。組織還說，若家長發現子女誤吞鈕扣電池，應立即送到急診室處治，並向醫護人員提供電池的相關資料，照X光前不可讓子女飲食，也不能強逼他們嘔出電池。英國兒童事故防治基金會(The Child Accident Prevention Trust)發布了鈕扣電池的使用原則：1. 將備用電池放在密封容器，最好放在可上鎖的高處櫃子內。2. 如果電池盒無法固定，不使用時應妥善收好或清空折扣電池。3. 將用完的電池盡快拿去回收。4. 避免買過於便宜的玩具，它們可能不符合安全規定，網購玩具時亦同。5. 督促較年長小孩誤食鈕扣電池的危險性，別讓他們拿給弟妹玩。延伸閱讀：【兒童急救】燙傷、燒傷要冰敷？ 專家教豉油、牙膏有用嗎華為手機炸傷用戶大腿？ 疑使用假電池惹禍 文章授權轉載自《香港01》
紫斑病藥物昂貴 時力：盼放寬補助
【台灣醒報記者謝明晏台北報導】紫斑病藥物健保給付限制多，病友及家屬希望健保署針對藥物給付標準能夠降低。時代力量黨主席黃國昌13日表示，相當多的紫斑病友都面臨財務困境，病友家屬除了要照顧家人外，還要負擔龐大的藥物費用。根據《全民健保雙月刊》指出，血小板增生劑（eltrombopag）每粒1344元，一個月藥費超過8萬。
紫斑症指的是紅血球從微血管滲透，造成皮膚或黏膜出血。而引發紫斑症的原因有許多種，而最常見的是血小板減少所引起的，血小板不足會導致血液滲透卻無法凝固，使得皮下傷口出血不止，導致皮下「紫斑」莫名的出現。
病友李小姐表示，紫斑病患較可負擔藥物為類固醇，而服用類固醇的副作用太多，長期施打類固醇導致她的體重增加且造成內分泌失調，甚至罹患糖尿病和庫欣氏症。然而副作用較小的藥物「血小板增生劑（eltrombopag）」及「免疫球蛋白（IVIG）」，健保僅給付給脾臟切除後且對於其他治療失敗的病人，或對於不適合進行脾臟切除之成年病人，以及合併血小板數目嚴重低下 (＜20,000/cumm)且必須接受外科手術治療之成年病人。
紫斑病副作用小的用藥「血小板增生劑」及「免疫球蛋白」兩項健保給付標準在於病患受到生命危險的緊急狀況。病童家屬薛先生說明，自己的孩子一歲半發病，但卻不能列入罕見疾病。若要用藥，就必須要把脾臟移除，才能得到健保支持，經濟負擔相當龐大。然而紫斑病症無法立即明辨出血狀況，對病患而言任何時刻都可能是生命危險。
「若要將這兩類用藥調整健保給付標準，需要等待藥品許可證應證，並請各方專家學者開會評估。」健保署藥審及藥材專員黃兆杰說。血小版增生劑原是沒有給付在小孩身上的，而今年藥廠申請並且健保給付開放給小孩使用，免疫球蛋白今年也健保開放給付給懷孕婦女。黃國昌說，健保給付用藥標準正在開會重新研討，能夠聽到這些病友的心聲，在所有給付的總和項目下進行合理的控制。
